Gourmet Blend’s product line is created at the highest level of quality. There are no fillers in our products. Only the highest quality of Balsamic Vinegar is used that goes through a 7 barrel aging process. All of our Olive Oils are a single cold press using real fruits and fresh herbs. We are unique from every other provider of Balsamic Vinegars & Olive Oils in the West.
Caroline has written a cookbook called “Playing with your Balsamic Vinegars & Olive Oils” which highlights using all of our products in the recipes. It features over 100 different Balsamic Vinegar & Olive Oil recipes.
