Company Description:

Found and Foraged Fibers specializes in eco printing and natural dyeing, creating beautiful and unique wearable art that keeps us close to nature and aligned with the seasons. Founded by award winning botanical artist Kendra Russo, our focus is on having a minimal impact on the environment, by using deadstock garments as well as sustainable, regenerative raw silk, Oeko Tex certified Linen and sourcing wool from textile mills in the Pacific Northwest when possible.

We believe in creating a sense of community and connection by keeping our business small-scale and local. To achieve that balance we ethically grow our dye material as well as intentionally foraging the living color from berries, leaves, twigs and other foliage on the land we currently reside upon, where the mountains meet the sea in the stunning landscape of Skagit Valley,Washington.

By cultivating soil-to-soil fashion it strengthens our belonging, connection and responsibility to place. By leveraging these beliefs we hope to inspire others to stay in tune with nature and the wheel as it turns.
